2. Selection – We send you photos and samples from our workshops in Mexico so you can choose exactly what fits your design.

3. Production – Your order goes into production with reserved material to ensure color and tone consistency across the entire project.

4. Pre-shipment approval – Before anything ships, we photograph every piece and send you the images for final sign-off.

5. Shipping and customs – We handle professional crating, freight, and the full border crossing process into the U.S.

6. Delivery – We coordinate delivery directly to your project site or warehouse, with tracking throughout.

Most projects ship within 4 to 8 weeks from confirmed order, depending on scope.
